Job Summary Supports licensed electricians by preparing materials, tools, and work areas for daily tasks. Key Responsibilities Learns to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under direct supervision. Follows detailed instructions to complete basic wiring, conduit installation, and equipment setup. Observes and practices safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment. Documents completed tasks and materials used to assist with project tracking, and communicates progress and questions to crew members to facilitate learning and project coordination. Maintains cleanliness and organization of job sites and workspaces. Participates in structured on-the-job and classroom training to develop trade skills and understanding of construction process. Work Experience High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 10 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
