Travel Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager - $4,120 per week

Commonwealth Healthcare LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery Manager for a travel nursing job in Concord, Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements

Travel experience required
Days, M-F, 5X8s, 7:00am-4:00pm with weekend call coverage that is variable based on department needs.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in obstetrical nursing with demonstrated leadership abilities required
Evidence of continued professional growth and knowledge of new trends and developments in nursing and patient care
Previous supervisory experience preferred

Licensure and/or Certification:
Massachusetts RN license required
NRP, BLS & ACLS required.
In patient OB certification preferred

***Leadership and Operations***
Oversee 24 hour operations of Labor and Delivery and Perinatal Education units
Ensure optimal staffing, skill mix, and resource allocation to meet patient care needs
Maintain and manage department schedules, staffing plans, and timecards
Lead daily shift huddles to align teams on patient care priorities and operational plans
Serve as Charge Nurse when working clinically
