Senior Implementation Manager

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid, 4 days onsite per week) We are seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to lead customer deployments from kickoff through production launch. This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role focused on implementing integrations, configuring solutions, solving technical challenges, and ensuring customer success. Responsibilities Own customer implementations end-to-end, including discovery, data integrations, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Build and maintain production-grade integrations and custom solutions. Partner directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in customer environments. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to improve implementation processes and customer outcomes. Participate in customer and prospect discussions to demonstrate implementation capabilities and successful deployment examples. Qualifications Strong data mapping and integration experience. Ability to independently build, deploy, and support production solutions. Experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity. Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Experience Background as an Implementation Consultant, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role. Experience integrating with HR, payroll, benefits, or HRIS platforms. Startup experience and a track record of owning customer outcomes.
