Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Growth Strategy who will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing marketing strategies, and providing valuable insights to support our growth objectives Define customer segments and size markets to decide where Formlabs should grow next Build the business case for how to win a segment, then own the execution and delivery Structure analysis and build data-driven models that guide real decisions Partner with senior leaders across the business to drive alignment This role requires a deep understanding of customer segmentation and targeting, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international, high-growth environment to deliver resultsUse AI tools fluently in your daily work, held to the same quality bar as your ownExperience in industry research and customer segmentationHave an ownership mentality and get things doneExperience working with executive leaders and are willing to debate and push backAre able to structure analysis & build data-driven models3 to 10 years of experience in Strategy roles or on Strategy projects as a Management Consultant OR experience in scaling business from 1 to 10Have a growth mindset.
