Call: 1:2
Robotics Required
Estimated MGMA Range: $500,000 – $650,000+

She Recruits is partnering with a major regional hospital system seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join an employed surgical practice.

What You’ll Do:
Perform robotic-assisted urologic procedures (required)
Manage BPH, stone disease, prostate disorders, incontinence, and malignancies
Perform cystoscopy and office-based procedures
Provide inpatient consults and postoperative care
Participate in 1:2 call rotation
Collaborate with APPs and surgical teams
Contribute to surgical quality and outcomes reporting
