We are looking for a candidate who understands that the Auto Repair business is not just about repairing vehicles but also about building relationships. Job Overview The role involves promoting and selling automotive services to existing and new customers, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring consistent sales performance in a friendly, fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and manage customer relationships. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell service products. Schedule appointments and coordinate with service technicians. Track sales metrics and report on performance. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records. Work efficiently during peak times while staying organized. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals. Qualifications Proven sales experience in automotive or related service sales (gas & diesel experience preferred). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong computer and data entry skills. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask. Team‑player mindset and willingness to support coworkers. Time‑management and organization skills.
