Storm Smart is seeking an installer helper in Lake Worth, TX to assist with installing hurricane shutters per work orders and safety guidelines. You will help plan daily routes, ensure trucks are loaded with products, tools, and equipment, and report safety or quality concerns. The role requires experience with residential hurricane shutters, ability to read blueprints, and strong communication to ensure high customer satisfaction.
