BONE Health Field Reimbursement Regional Senior Manager- Southeast

Amgen Inc

Amgen seeks a senior manager to lead a regional reimbursement team across the Southeast, driving access strategy for Bone Health medications. The role involves coaching field managers, executing regional priorities, and ensuring compliant customer engagement across specialty pharmacy and medical benefit channels.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers with clear performance expectations
Execute regional reimbursement strategies aligned with national priorities and Bone Health business objectives
Maintain required field presence to observe customer engagement, coach in real time, and assess market dynamics
Monitor payer dynamics, competitive landscape, and reimbursement policy to identify access barriers and opportunities
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Market Access, Medical, and Operations to resolve access issues

Requirements

Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing field teams
Expertise in pharmaceutical reimbursement, payer dynamics, and access strategies
Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy and medical benefit channels
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into regional strategy
Field account management and customer engagement experience
Understanding of compliance, privacy requirements, and field rules of engagement
