Candidates typically need a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and ability to lift 25-50 lbs.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Control: Count, classify, and organize merchandise, ensuring stockroom accuracy.Data Management: Perform data entry to update inventory levels, using systems like Excel, SAP, or Oracle.Shipment Handling: Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments, and prepare items for outgoing orders.Reporting & Auditing: Identify discrepancies, such as shortages or damage, and report them to management.Stock Maintenance: Replenish shelves, tag items, and maintain a clean, organized storage area.Pull automotive parts to fill customer and shop ordersPackage and ship parts accurately and efficientlyReceive and stock incoming inventoryPerform inventory bin checks to maintain accurate stock levelsOrganize and maintain warehouse inventoryAssist with loading and unloading deliveriesKeep the warehouse clean, organized, and safeQualificationsQualifications and SkillsEducation: High school diploma or GED equivalent.Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, shipping, or logistics is preferred (often 6 months to 2 years).Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management software.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and good communication skills.Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
