Physical Therapist

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in an inpatient setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. You will assess patient needs, restore function, improve mobility, and educate patients and families on continued care. Assess patient needs and develop appropriate rehabilitation plans. Implement patient therapy plans, monitoring and modifying as necessary. Educate patients and their families on continued care routines. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired treatment outcomes. Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with hospital standards and regulations. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in handling rehabilitation equipment. Knowledge of physical therapy software and record-keeping. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license.
