The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, client relationship skills, and a proven ability to manage projects from concept through construction documents and permitting.Preferred QualificationsLocal to Upstate South Carolina or committed to relocating to the area.Senior Project Manager: 8-10+ years of civil site design experience with an engineering consulting firm.Project Manager: 5-7+ years of civil site design experience with an engineering consulting firm.Demonstrated experience serving as both a technical designer and project manager on site development projects.Strong experience collaborating with architects and architect-led project teams.Experience in land development and civil site design consulting is strongly preferred.Candidates whose backgrounds are primarily focused on construction management, geotechnical engineering, traffic engineering, or related disciplines without significant site development design experience will not be considered.Position OverviewThe Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams on a variety of site development projects while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, project leadership, client management, and business development.The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their goals, business operations, and project objectives while guiding projects through planning, design, permitting, and execution.
