Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Intermediate Care / Telemetry Step-Down – Georgia

Schedule: Variable shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment

Highlights:

• High-acuity telemetry step-down unit specializing in post-ICU care
• Diverse case mix including drip management, stable ventilators, and complex patient monitoring
• Cerner EMR system for documentation and care coordination
• Patient ratios: 3-4:1 in IMCU; 5-6:1 in Telemetry/Medical-Surgical with PCT support
• Opportunity to float to telemetry and medical-surgical units as needed
• Interview required with hiring manager

Requirements:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in intermediate care, telemetry, or step-down settings preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Proficiency with drip titration, stable ventilator management, and complex patient monitoring
• Flexibility to float between units as patient census requires
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills
