Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of one year experience in medical-surgical or oncology nursing (RN-MS, RN-Med Surg)
• Basic understanding of cancer pathophysiology
• Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Strong collaborative, communication, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Routinely assess patient needs, providing skilled nursing services aligned with established plans of care and professional standards
• Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, addressing call lights, assisting transfers, and responding to alarms
• Evaluate treatment efficacy, participating in plan adjustments with input from the interdisciplinary team based on ongoing assessments
• Accurately process and implement physician/provider orders promptly
• Diligently follow up on medication changes and clarify orders when necessary
