The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation through completion. This role involves planning, coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring quality standards while minimizing risks. The Project Manager leads small to large teams and reports directly to senior management. This position typically manages local projects and utilizes a combination of specialized project management software and general tools to ensure successful project delivery. Growth opportunities include leading larger projects, advancing into management roles, or specializing in technical construction fields.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• OSHA Safety Certification
• Experience with project scheduling and budget management
• Strong skills in risk management and team leadership
• Knowledge of construction regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
