Leading a team of Member Care Coordinators, the full-time Member Care Team Manager will drive high-quality member experiences through effective communication and operational excellence while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Member Care Coordinators to support members across multiple channels Analyze member feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement effective processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clinical leadership to address systemic issues and enhance member care Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in customer-facing and/or operational roles 1+ years of experience in people management Healthcare industry experience required; knowledge of insurance claims processes is a plus Experience in designing and implementing processes at scale Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Looker or Google Sheets
