Pay: Training: $15/hr for 1-2 weeks | Regular: $17.50$20/hr + Weekly Bonuses ($1,000$3,000+/week) Type: Hourly + Performance Bonuses | Weekly Pay | Flexible Schedule
Ready to build a real careernot just clock in and out? This isn't your typical 95. As a Remote Recruiter, you'll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn based on performance, and grow with a company that promotes from within. If you're motivated, love talking with people, and want control over your income, this is the opportunity for you. (Note: a few weekends each month may be required.)
We're looking for individuals passionate about growth and setting new standards as our company seizes another record-breaking year, doubling every year since we've hit the market 6 1/2 years ago.
About the Role
We're looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join our remote recruiting team! You'll connect with candidates, host virtual sessions, and guide them through the hiring process all from your laptop.
Whether you're experienced in recruiting or just naturally great with people, we'll train you and provide all the tools you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Host engaging 3045 minute virtual info sessions with small groups of candidates
- Conduct one-on-one conversations to answer questions and assess fit
- Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy
- Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation
- Represent our company's culture and values in every conversation
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and public speaking skills (recruiting experience a plus!)
- Comfortable presenting to small groups or on camera
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Tech-savvy and organized while working independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
