Senior Warehouse Associate

Job overview: Unload and load freight that arrives to and departs from the warehouse as a Senior Warehouse Associate in Carlsbad, NM. Be able to safely operate a variety of warehousing equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, telehandlers and lift trucks to perform different tasks throughout the warehouse.
• Use a variety of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and turrets, to safely load and unload freight.
• Check, sort, label and scan freight. Properly scan and put away inventory.
• Perform quality checks, product inspections and material assembly.

Skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1 year of warehousing experience.
• Experience operating high-capacity equipment.
• Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards.
