Public Accounting Tax ManagerA well-established and expanding Public Accounting Firm in the area is looking to add an experienced Tax Manager to their team. This firm values their staff and knows that with doing so, their firm will grow in the direction of their vision. This is a great opportunity to grow with a phenomenal local firm!Tax Manager Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeCPA certificate required7+ years of applicable tax experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to multi-task and manage jobs to completionOutgoing personality with professional demeanorWhat Makes This Firm Different:Interest in partnership/ownership50-55 hour work weeks during busy seasonMemorial Day to Labor Day: Fridays off with 36-hour work week and 4 hours paid time offYear 1-5 has 2 week PTO with a 48 hr. time off bank to use for appointments when neededGreat work-life balanceOffice lunchesTax Manager Compensation:Healthcare & vision is 100% covered by the firm (employee only)IRA with 3% matchDisability packageBonuses after tax season and holidaysTo be considered, please apply with a resume.
