Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Flandreau, SD
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR role that offers weekly home time and minimal physical demands? American Trucking Group provides dry van routes across the Midwest with superior equipment and competitive pay.
Home Time:
- Enjoy being home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to have steady miles while maintaining your family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfortable driving. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations allows you to minimize physical work and concentrate on driving.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers generally earn between $1,200 to $1,600 weekly, based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Our routes extend through Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

- Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
