What you bring to the table As a General Manager, you play a key role in the restaurants success by:

• Having at least two years of leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management. Previous experience as a General Manager is a significant advantage.
• Being responsible for the restaurants performance, including customer experience, team development, and operational results.
• Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.
• Having knowledge in kitchen systems, profit and loss management, and performance evaluations.
• Demonstrating strong conflict resolution skills and clear verbal and written communication.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, managing, and developing Noodlers to become future leaders.
• Identifying and developing talent by preparing high-performing employees for promotions and recognizing outstanding contributions.
• Following operational and inventory control procedures to support efficient and smooth operations.
• Driving restaurant success through scheduling, labor management, expense control, and local marketing efforts.
• Leading with a food safety culture that meets company standards in food quality, safety practices, and cleanliness.
• Working on a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays, with flexibility to meet business needs. (Current expectations include 1 opening shift, 2 mid-day shifts from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., 1 closing shift, and 1 additional shift as needed by the restaurant).
• Meeting the physical requirements of the job, which may include, but are not limited to, standing for extended periods, bending, twisting, stretching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Being able to obtain and maintain any required food safety license or certification in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Having a valid drivers license, as occasional driving may be necessary.
• Being at least 18 years of age.
