Job DescriptionGeneral SummaryThe Account Services Coordinatoris responsible for supporting the coordination of specified accounts with independent shoe stores, specialty stores, and major department stores. This position supports the Wholesale Footwear business.The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in processing, inputting, and tracking new orders and reorders for assigned accounts into the wholesale systemMaintain accurate records of customer orders, including basic details, expected delivery dates, and quantity adjustmentsAssist with the request, tracking, and distribution of customer samples, ensuring timely communication of feedback to relevant departmentsProvide support in maintaining regular communication with customers, buyers, and accounts to provide basic order status updates and address inquiriesAssist in ensuring compliance with customer guidelines and requirements by utilizing available resources and communicating effectively with relevant stakeholdersAssist in generating and sending basic documents such as proforma invoices, under the guidance of senior staffAble to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as neededPerform other duties and special projects as assignedSpecific Job Skills:Essential duties includeAssist in processing, inputting, and tracking new POs and reorders for assigned accounts into the wholesale systemMaintain accurate records of customer orders and account information, including basic details, expected delivery dates, and ATS adjustmentsAssist with the request, tracking, and distribution of samples, ensuring timely communication of feedback to relevant departmentsProvide support in maintaining regular communication with customers, buyers, and accounts to provide basic order status updates, address, and credit inquiriesAssist in ensuring compliance with customer guidelines and requirements by utilizing available resources and communicating effectively with relevant stakeholdersAssist in generating and sending basic documents such as invoices and order confirmations to customersRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 1 year in customer serviceKnowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically ExcelExcellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skillsThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $24.00-$26.00. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
