Guide patients and their families in understanding therapeutic goals, discharge plans, and home exercises

Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive and coordinated patient care

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from a recognized institution

State licensure as a Physical Therapist

Preferred: CPR certification

Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not mandatory

Prior experience is highly favored
