Senior Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities Help manage docket of litigation files, including gathering and inputting detailed case information, using internal electronic systems. Coordinate payments to law firms, vendors and others through various electronic systems. Assist with internal and external document searches in support of litigation needs, including discovery requests. Organize documents for litigation files. Draft and issue litigation hold notices. Edit and organize reports to senior management concerning specified litigation matters. Help onboard new employees by coordinating with the tech team. Request and track aggregate loss run reports for insurance policies. Assist with PowerPoint presentations. Coordinate meetings. Assist with reinsurance inquiries. Requirements College degree and/or paralegal certificate is preferred. 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, case manager or legal secretary is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with a focus on Excel) and ability to learn other computer applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative, highly organized, able to multi‑task, deadline‑oriented and capable of interacting with senior leaders. Willingness to be mentored and trained to meet organizational needs. Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position is $62,000–$77,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the applicable incentive plan.
