Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2+ years of RN experience in the Operating Room License: Michigan RN license required Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - 2+ years of RN OR experience - Skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties Description: This position requires adherence to a strict attendance policy. Any RN who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift three times will be terminated immediately. This policy will start on June 1, 2024. The surgical services encompass a full spectrum of procedures and tests across various specialties. General elective surgeries as well as critical or life-saving procedures are included. The organization has been a leader in providing many surgical techniques and tools. Continued innovation is a focus to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes. Experience in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Endo-Vascular, Urgent Care, or Obstetrics is preferred. Physical copies of certifications are only required if listed above. This role requires one weeknight of call every week from 7 PM to 11 PM. Additionally, one weekend on call per month, rotating between days and nights, is necessary. Holiday assignments will occur if they are not contracted off.
