Role Overview We are seeking a Client Solutions professional with 1–5 years of experience for a full-time remote role in the United States, with a preference for candidates based in the Central Time Zone. This is a client-facing role involving expert engagement management, research support, and client servicing. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, remote environment. Key Responsibilities Client & Expert Engagement Management Manage end-to-end expert matching between clients and industry experts, with a focus on projects Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of expert insights Coordinate effectively between clients and experts across regions Research & Consulting Support Support clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis focused on projects Translate client requirements into structured research outputs Provide clear and actionable insights to support decision-making Client Support & Delivery Support ongoing client engagement and project execution Assist in managing client requests and ensuring smooth delivery of outcomes Help maintain high client satisfaction and responsiveness Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal global teams to deliver projects Ensure seamless coordination across time zones and stakeholders Support efficient execution of client deliverables in a remote setup What We Are Looking For 1–5 years of experience in consulting, research, recruitment, client servicing, or related fields Strong proficiency in English (mandatory) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical thinking and research capability Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, target-driven environment Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset Interest in consulting, markets, and business strategy Additional Information Location: Remote – United States (Central Time Zone preferred) Experience Required: 1–5 years Language Requirement: English (professional level) Employment Type: Full-Time #J-18808-Ljbffr TSN Holdings
