Eaze is a growing cannabis retailer with one grow and many stores in the state of Florida.
What we offer:- Compensation: $16/hour
Responsible for promoting and selling products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, and enhancing the customer experience in-store. Keyholder responsible for the ability to open and close the store.
What impact you'll make:- Responsible for the proper and accurate use and training of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops
- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Greets and checks in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Assists customers in-store, on the phone, and processes online orders
- Encourages sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Ensures compliance with legal requirements and has a full understanding of the training and compliance binder
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Upholds the Company policies and procedures and MED compliance standards
- Upholds visual merchandising standards, checking that proper signage, price tickets, marketing materials, etc., are visible and updated
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store, as well as ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld
- Responsible for opening and closing the store as a keyholder
- Support management in training new employees
- Sales experience in a retail store environment is preferred, but not required
- Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, and retail
- Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent, or GED
What you're capable of:
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
- Must have reliable transportation to store
Willing and able to submit fingerprints for a Level 2 background screening upon hire
