$65,000 - $75,000 yearly + bonus eligible

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of clinicians, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
• Oversee clinical operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
• Conduct regular supervision sessions, providing guidance and feedback to enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to streamline processes and reduce clinicians' administrative burdens.
• Develop and implement training programs to support continuous professional development.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.
• Facilitate team meetings to encourage open communication and collaborative problem-solving among staff members.

Qualifications:

Required

• Active Pennsylvania license as one of the following:

• LPC

• LCSW

• LMFT

• Licensed Psychologist

• Experience utilizing evidence-based clinical practices

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

• Ability to support and coach clinicians in a collaborative manner

• Comfortable working with diverse populations

Preferred

• 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience

• Experience working with LGBTQ+ and transgender clients (training available)

• Interest in expanding clinical expertise through ongoing training and consultation

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work remotely for select administrative tasks up to one day per week

• Access to a private workspace and secure Wi-Fi connection for remote work
