We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham.Job SummaryThe incumbent is responsible for providing group psychotherapy on inpatient units, residential, and/or partial hospital programs, along with providing individual therapy, which focuses on the application and acquisition of skills addressed in groups. Provided groups will fit within the following frameworks: 1) educational, 2) social interaction, 3) community-making. They will work with the specific unit's Inpatient Group Coordinator to facilitate group experiences and support the needs of the identified client population. Additionally, they are encouraged to participate in other hospital activities, including, as time allows, committees, teaching, training, and research.Does this position require Patient Care?YesEssential Functions-Provides group and/or individual therapy to clients as assigned. Interventions should be structured appropriately for the specific clientele being served.
