Location: Mattoon, IL Specialty/Setting: Family Practice Start Date: 60-90 days Call: 1:4 Call Support: Advanced Practice Providers Other Info: Solo provider clinic Shares building with a walk in clinic Compensation: Bonus based on RVU production Quality bonus potential - 10% of base salary Benefits: Full Benefits $40,000 Sign-on bonus $30,000 total retention bonus $15,000 in relocation reimbursement 33 days of PTO 5 days + $6,000 CME annually Malpractice with tail included at no cost Health/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability 403b with employer match About Us: HealthPlus Staffing is National Leader in the Healthcare Staffing Industry.
