Type: Full-Time Reports To: Store Manager Were currently looking for someone with a passion for leading and caring for people to join our Manager in Training Program. What Youll Do: Lead with Purpose- manage daily operations with a clear focus on excellence, accountability, and team development. Coach & Grow Your Team- hire and develop team members through hands-on training, regular feedback, and growth opportunities. Protect & Maintain Our Facility- keep our site clean, safe, and operating at peak performance through preventive maintenance and attention to detail. Drive Performance- monitor KPIs, manage labor costs, maintain capture rates and execute business strategies that hit goals and maximize results. Champion Safety & Compliance Ensure procedures and policies are followed, keeping both team and guests safe. Be the Culture- lead by example, live the Bubbles Express values, and build a positive, high energy environment where your team thrives. What Youll Need: At least 2 years of management experience in customer service, retail or hospitality (Required). Point of Sale Knowledge. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
