As a Coach at OTF Morgantown, youll:

• Lead members through heart-pumping, science-backed, technology-tracked workouts

• Bring energy, motivation, and coaching expertise to every single class

• Celebrate milestones, coach through obstacles, and help members reach their goals

• Keep classes safe, effective, and inclusive for all fitness levels

• Help build a studio culture thats positive, supportive, and just plain fun

What youll need:

• AED/CPR Certification (must be current)

• A nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)

• A passion for helping others become the best version of themselves
