Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology in Ohio
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Develop and manage IEPs, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with legal standards
• Provide both direct individual/group therapy and consultative services
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings—four days in-person, one day remote each week
