Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions Hold deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs Follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to applicable laws and regulations Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls Drive the client experience Manage cash responsibilities Train at one financial center and potentially move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance based on business needs Requirements High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships Passion, commitment and drive to improve clients’ financial lives Confidence identifying solutions based on client needs Effective and confident communication with all clients Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations Efficient time and capacity management Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, potentially at any financial center within a reasonable commuting distance FDIC hiring restrictions apply Desired: financial services experience and industry knowledge Desired: one year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals Desired: six months of cash handling experience Desired: Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree Core Competencies Demonstrates strong client engagement and relationship-building skills while effectively educating clients on financial solutions and self-service technologies.
