All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of their interview and will be required to provide proof of work authorization upon hire. Please ensure you are available to attend an in‑person interview at the date and time you select, as exceptions cannot be made to this requirement. What you get to do: Interact with others in a positive, professional manner Maintain general cleanliness, organization, and quality of park facilities, including all park areas, and office buildings Janitorial services to include trash removal and disposal, sweeping, mopping, hosing, cobweb removal, storage room cleaning, dumpster cleaning, and hard floor or carpet cleaning Park prep services to include removal and disposal, product stocking, special projects, and placement and removal of umbrellas, tables, trash cans, benches, urns, and dispensers Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, including supplies such as paper products and soap, to ensure a safe and welcoming guest environment Report any maintenance concerns to leadership in a timely manner What it takes to succeed: Exceptional customer service Excellent multi‑tasking and time management skills Outstanding communication abilities Active listener with the ability to anticipate guests’ needs Ability to promote and ensure a safe and secure environment Flexibility to perform varied duties What else is important: Must be at least 16 years of age Ability to initiate conversations with guests Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs. Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor‑to‑waist/waist‑to‑overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing) Perform cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicals Must be willing to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat and cold temperatures Must provide flexible, consistent availability (including nights, weekends and holidays) and adhere to our Holiday and Availability agreement. Consistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and reporting unsafe situations Must be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs Ability to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements within established timelines. Availability and Hours: This is a seasonal role All ambassadors must have 5 days of unrestricted availability, to include both weekend days during the peak season. You must be able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays You may be scheduled up to 40 hours.
