Outside Sales Representative – Roofing & Exterior Remodeling ($2500 Sign On Bonus)

Compensation: $500 weekly draw plus uncapped, tiered commissions

Red Carpet Roofing is looking for a motivated, high-energy Outside Sales Representative who wants to build a serious career and earn a substantial income.

This is not a desk-based sales position. You will meet homeowners at scheduled appointments, inspect their exterior needs, present solutions, prepare proposals, follow up with customers, and close sales for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and other exterior home-improvement services.

We provide a $500 weekly draw and a highly competitive commission structure. The more you sell, the more you earn per sale. There is no cap on your income.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled residential sales appointments
• Meet with homeowners and identify their exterior remodeling needs
• Inspect roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and related exterior components
• Explain available products, services, warranties, and financing options
• Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals
• Build trust with homeowners and guide them through the decision-making process
• Follow up consistently with open estimates and prospective customers
• Negotiate and close profitable sales
• Maintain accurate customer notes, appointment records, and sales updates
• Communicate clearly with the production and management teams
• Represent Red Carpet Roofing professionally at all times
• Ask for referrals and help generate additional business opportunities

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales, in-home sales, roofing, construction, home-improvement, automotive, solar, or high-ticket sales experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable traveling to customers’ homes
• Basic ability to use a smartphone, email, digital proposals, and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and remain accountable for results

Roofing or construction experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Attitude, work ethic, honesty, coachability, and the desire to succeed are more important than knowing every product on day one.

Compensation

• $500 weekly draw
• Uncapped commission on completed sales
• Tiered commission structure: commission increases as sales volume increases

New Outside Sales Representatives may qualify for a $5000 sign-on bonus , paid after completing 90 days of employment.

To remain eligible, the employee must be in good standing with the company throughout the 90-day period, including:

• Meeting the minimum sales benchmark of one completed sale per week
• Maintaining good attendance
• Arriving on time for work and scheduled appointments
• Avoiding missed appointments, unexcused absences, and missed workdays
• Following company policies and meeting performance expectations

The sign-on bonus is earned only after all eligibility requirements have been satisfied and the employee has successfully completed 90 days of continuous employment.
