Family Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant Mandarin Speaker

A well-established, community-focused outpatient primary care practice in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing team delivering high-quality, culturally competent care. We are looking for an advanced practice provider who seeks full-time flexibility while maintaining a consistent schedule that includes weekend coverage. Position Overview The FNP/PA will provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting. The role offers strong clinical and administrative support within a collaborative care model. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan Conduct routine checkups, manage acute conditions, and treat chronic diseases Provide in-office telemedicine visits as needed Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Educate patients on wellness, preventive care, and disease management Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans under physician supervision Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Schedule Full-Time/Part-time or weekend position Weekend coverage required if full-time (1 weekend day a month) Additional weekday shifts available based on availability Compensation & Benefits 160k - 215k a year Paid Time Off (PTO) Full medical malpractice coverage CME support and additional benefits Qualifications Active FNP certification or PA-C certification Active New York State license Fluency in Mandarin (required) Primary care or family practice experience preferred Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach Commitment to delivering culturally competent care Start Date Immediate openings available with flexible onboarding.
