Deployed Agent Orchestrator - GovTech AI Startup

About The Opportunity A fast-growing GovTech AI startup is seeking a Deployed Agent Orchestrator to work directly with government and enterprise customers, taking AI deployments from initial pilots through successful adoption. This is a highly customer-facing, hands-on role combining technical consulting, solutions engineering, AI deployment, technical sales, and product ownership . The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with customers, traveling extensively, solving complex problems, and operating in a fast-moving startup environment. Key Responsibilities Deploy AI solutions directly with government and enterprise customers Build demos, prototypes, and customized AI workflows Drive customer adoption from pilot through production Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements Support enterprise sales and technical discussions Own customer relationships and deployment outcomes Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges in the field Collaborate with founders, engineering, and product teams Travel extensively to customer sites Required Qualifications U.S. Citizen Willingness to relocate to Austin, Texas Comfortable traveling approximately 5 days per week 2–5 years of customer-facing technical experience Experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Technical Sales Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving and execution abilities High ownership mentality Comfortable using modern AI tools and technologies Ability to work effectively in highly autonomous environments Strong Plus Former founder GovTech, LegalTech, or Defense industry experience Technical sales experience Software development background AI workflow automation Enterprise customer experience Experience deploying AI solutions in complex organizations Why Join? $100K–$300K base salary + 0.5%–2.0% equity Direct interaction with company founders Significant ownership and responsibility Work directly with government and enterprise customers Build and deploy cutting-edge AI products Well-funded, fast-growing AI startup Elite startup environment Rapid career growth Meaningful equity opportunity Opportunity to influence product development through direct customer feedback Ideal Candidate We’re looking for a customer-focused technical builder who can operate at the intersection of AI, technology, sales, and product.
