Oracle EBS Functional Consultant

Mid-Level Oracle Federal Financials Business AnalystOur client is an award-winning systems integrator providing enterprise solution management and integration services to the Federal Government. They have an immediate need for a Mid-Level Oracle Federal Financials Business Analyst to support an ongoing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation and maintenance project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on functional experience supporting Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA) and Federal Administration (Fed Admin) modules within Oracle EBS, along with the ability to gather requirements, support testing activities, and collaborate with stakeholders in a federal environment. Experience leveraging Oracle Forms and/or Workflow Builder to support workflow development is a plus.This project is based in Washington, DC, with a strong preference for one day per week onsite; however, the role may be 100% remote for the right candidate. This Federal Government contract requires candidates to be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders who can successfully pass a client background check.ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and validate business and functional requirements within Oracle E-Business SuiteProvide functional support for the Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA) and Federal Administration (Fed Admin) modulesSupport system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activitiesAnalyze business processes and recommend Oracle EBS solutions aligned with client requirementsWork closely with project teams to support implementation, maintenance, and enhancement activitiesAssist with issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of Oracle EBS functional defectsParticipate in client-facing meetings to clarify requirements and validate solutionsCreate and maintain project documentation, requirements, test scripts, and process flowsEnsure thorough, accurate, and well-documented deliverables throughout the project lifecycleQualifications5+ years of hands-on Oracle Federal Financials functional experienceExperience supporting Oracle EBS Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Federal Administration (Fed Admin) modulesStrong understanding of Oracle federal financial business processes and transaction flowsExperience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and supporting testing effortsAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and technical teamsExperience supporting Oracle EBS implementation, enhancement, or maintenance projectsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skillsExperience working in a Federal Government environment is preferred.Compensation and Benefits:W2 Hourly rate starts at $80.
