About the Role:
VOTUM ENTERPRISES LLC a rapidly growing multinational distribution company is looking for a sharp and motivated IT Business Support Analyst to join our team in New York, NY. In this role, you'll serve as a critical bridge between technology and business operations, helping drive efficiency and solve complex challenges.
This role requires a professional who combines strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of business operations. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate how technology investments deliver measurable business value, improve productivity, and generate a positive return on investment (ROI).  Candidates should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience and have a proven ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
Business systems analysis and process improvement
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) coordination and support
ERP system support and administration (Envision preferred)
Network configuration and troubleshooting
Connectivity and communications support
Cloud platform administration and optimization
IT security and risk management
VAN (Value-Added Network) management and vendor coordination
Advanced Microsoft Excel analysis and reporting
Evaluation and integration of AI-driven solutions to enhance business efficiency

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements
• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for internal business users
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Assist in the implementation, testing, and deployment of new systems and software
• Document technical workflows, system configurations, and support procedures
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues to appropriate IT teams as needed
• Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation for business decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, business analysis, or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ticketing systems, and enterprise software platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Experience with SQL, data reporting tools, or ERP/CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
