The Kamson Corporation, a Top-Tier National Property Management Company is seeking an experienced, results-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee a geographically diverse portfolio of apartment communities located throughout the Northeast Suburbs of Philadelphia/Bucks County.

The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who can successfully manage multiple communities, develop high-performing property management teams, drive financial and operational performance, and ensure our properties consistently meet or exceed company and ownership expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience, including multi-site or regional management experience
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing property management teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple properties and competing priorities
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience recruiting, training, coaching, and developing employees at all levels
• Strong understanding of property financials, budgeting, reporting, and regulatory/compliance requirements
• Experience overseeing capital improvement, renovation, and construction projects
• Strong leasing, marketing, and resident retention skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Yardi and other property management systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned properties
• Team-oriented leadership style with a high level of accountability and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to a geographically dispersed portfolio of apartment communities and the property management professionals responsible for their day-to-day operations.
• Conduct regular site visits to engage with property teams, assess operations, complete audits, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure company standards are consistently maintained.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop high-performing associates across all site-level positions while identifying and developing future leaders within the organization.
• Provide ongoing performance coaching and accountability to site teams, including addressing performance issues, initiating disciplinary action, and completing approved terminations when necessary.
• Partner with Property Managers to develop aggressively achievable annual operating budgets that align with company and ownership/investor objectives.
• Monitor the financial performance of each property, ensuring adherence to approved budgets, accurate financial reporting, and timely identification and communication of anticipated variances and out-of-budget expenses.
• Review and approve property invoices, resident refunds, leasing commissions, and other expenditures in accordance with company policies and established approval processes.
• Analyze property performance and identify opportunities to improve occupancy, leasing, revenue, expense management, resident retention, and overall asset performance.
• Develop and implement property-specific leasing and marketing strategies in partnership with your Site Managers and Site Staffs.
• Ensure properties maintain strong curb appeal, operational standards, resident satisfaction, and overall market competitiveness.
• Oversee capital improvement, renovation, and construction projects, including planning, budgeting, vendor selection and bidding, scheduling, progress inspections, and final project completion.
• Ensure properties are properly prepared for hazardous weather and other emergency situations to minimize risk and potential property damage.
• Continuously evaluate property and corporate operations and proactively recommend opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, service, and overall performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, associates, and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and solutions-oriented approach while providing exceptional customer service.
• Ensure all properties and property staff operate in compliance with established company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
• Maintain consistent communication with senior management regarding property performance, staffing, operational challenges, capital needs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
