What Does a PCA Do?

As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll provide hands-on support that helps our clients remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. Your day may include:

• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
• Helping with meal preparation
• Completing light household tasks
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Supporting clients in maintaining their independence and routines
• Building meaningful relationships with the individuals you care for
