Production Associate

Location: Troy, MO
Pay: $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Kelly Services is partnering with a client in Troy, Missouri, to hire a Production Associate. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is dependable, comfortable working in a production environment, and experienced with basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to instructions and specifications.
• Safely operate basic hand tools.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.
• Follow all production procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Must have reliable transportation to Troy, MO.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check.
