Production Technician Summary The General Production Associate plays a key role in supporting CSI’s manufacturing operations. This position involves handson assembly, inspection, and handling of components used in our highquality product lines. Shifts & Pay Rates 1st Shift: $16.00 / hr | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: $17.00 / hr | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Includes $1.00/hr premium) What You Will Do & Who We Are Looking For No experience required! We provide full hands-on training. This is perfect for detail-oriented individuals or anyone with a background/hobby in crafting, sewing, electronics, or fine-detail tasks. Perform seated assembly of small components using small tools or equipment. Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure accuracy and high quality. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation to meet daily production goals. Must have strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and a reliable work ethic. Must be comfortable sitting or remaining stationary for extended periods.
