Day in the Life — Grand Prairie, TX

Picture your shift starting on the warehouse floor in Grand Prairie. You check your pick list, map your route through the aisles, and get moving. You’ll navigate with a pallet jack or forklift as needed, carefully selecting each item, double-checking labels and quantities, and packing orders exactly to specification. Every accurate pick means a customer gets what they need—on time.

• Select, stage, and pack customer orders with precision.
• Operate warehouse equipment—such as pallet jacks and forklifts—safely and efficiently.
• Examine items for quality, note discrepancies, and report any damages immediately.
• Keep your station clean, tidy, and free of hazards to maintain speed and safety.
• Work closely with teammates to hit daily production targets.
• Support inventory efforts, including restocking and basic counts, as needed.
• Follow established safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or order-picking environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Sharp attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfort with basic math to support inventory and counts.
• Thrives in a fast-paced setting and can meet deadlines.
• Clear communicator with a strong team-first mindset.
