Work Arrangement: Hybrid, four days per week onsite

Harnham is partnering with a rapidly growing global wealth management and multifamily office firm. Continued expansion has created an opportunity to join a developing enterprise data and analytics function supporting financial reporting, human resources, compliance, risk, and broader business operations.

\n

\n

Position Summary

\n

The Data Analyst will develop and maintain analytics and reporting solutions that support critical business priorities and informed decision making. Successful candidates will combine advanced SQL capabilities with strong business judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into accurate and actionable data products.

\n

\n

Collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, and functional leaders will be central to the position. Significant investment in the data organization offers an opportunity to help shape processes, reporting standards, and analytical capabilities during an important period of growth.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Develop and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and analytical products that support business and functional stakeholders

\n

• Write, optimize, and validate SQL used across analytics and enterprise reporting

\n

• Translate business needs into clear data requirements and technical specifications

\n

• Build reliable data transformations and reporting workflows using dbt, Databricks, and related analytics tools

\n

• Establish data validation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, integrity, and timeliness

\n

• Conduct ad hoc analyses and communicate clear, actionable findings

\n

• Maintain documentation covering data sources, business logic, transformations, lineage, and reporting processes

\n

• Partner with finance, human resources, compliance, risk, and enterprise reporting teams

\n

• Contribute to the continued development of reporting processes, governance standards, and data quality practices

\n

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

• Two to three years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline

\n

• Advanced proficiency in SQL

\n

• Experience with Tableau or a comparable data visualization platform

\n

• Experience working with Databricks and dbt

\n

• Knowledge of data modeling, data quality practices, and reporting infrastructure

\n

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking capabilities

\n

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

\n

• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

\n

• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work

\n

• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment

\n

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, information systems, or another quantitative discipline

\n

• Experience within financial services, consulting, or an enterprise reporting environment

\n

• Familiarity with financial reporting or human resources analytics

\n

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

\n

• Experience developing end to end analytics solutions for business stakeholders

\n

\n

Location and Work Arrangement

\n

Candidates may be based in either Miami, Florida or Austin, Texas. Regular onsite attendance is required four days per week.

\n

\n

Compensation

\n

A competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, and potential sign on bonus are offered as part of the overall compensation package. Relocation support may also be available for candidates moving to Miami.

\n

\n
