Step into a Day-in-the-LifeAt our Shelby Township, MI facility, your day begins with a blueprint review. You’ll translate precise aerospace drawings into real-world assemblies, laying out parts and planning weld sequences that keep tolerances tight. As components come together, you’ll move confidently between MIG, TIG, and stick processes, working primarily with aluminum and stainless steel to produce clean, durable joints. Quality checks punctuate your flow—measure, verify, adjust—until the build meets spec. When a challenge appears, you’ll huddle with engineers and teammates to troubleshoot, then return to the bench with a smarter approach.
