Rehab Aide – Full-Time

Post Acute Care Center at Autumn Lake | Baltimore, MD
$15.00/hour | Full-Time | Benefits

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Rehab Aide to join the rehabilitation team at Post Acute Care Center at Autumn Lake. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work alongside therapy professionals while helping residents receive quality care in a supportive rehabilitation environment.

What You'll Do

• Prepare therapy areas and equipment for daily treatment sessions
• Assist with transporting residents to and from the rehabilitation department
• Clean and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment spaces
• Organize supplies and maintain a safe, orderly therapy environment
• Provide non-clinical support to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff
• Assist with general departmental tasks as needed
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working as part of a team
• Ability to assist with resident transportation and therapy equipment
• Previous healthcare or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
