Business Development Manager - Property Maintenance Services Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year $70,000 – $90,000 per year + High Commission If you can walk into a property and walk out with a contract, we want to talk. We're a growing property maintenance and renovation company and we're looking for a driven business developer who knows how to build relationships with property owners and managers, identify what a building needs, and turn that conversation into a signed scope of work. The base gets you in the door — your performance determines how far you go. About us Prime Renovate Inc. is a fast-growing property maintenance and renovation company serving apartment communities across Southern California. We have strong operations behind us — you bring in the work, we deliver it. What you’ll do Prospect and build relationships with apartment managers, property owners, and HOA decision-makers Walk properties, identify renovation and maintenance opportunities, and present solutions Generate new contracts for maintenance services, unit turnovers, and renovation scopes Manage and grow existing client accounts — repeat business and referrals are a priority Communicate job status and client updates clearly to the operations team Track your pipeline, document activity, and report on account growth Travel to job sites and client properties as needed What we need from you Proven B2B sales experience — you have sold a service and closed deals independently Background in construction, renovation, property management, or a related field — you need to be able to speak the language on a property walk Self-starter who manages their own pipeline without needing day-to-day direction Professional and confident communicator in front of property managers, owners, and decision-makers Valid California Driver's License, proof of insurance, and clean driving record Bilingual English / Spanish or English / Mandarin strongly preferred You’ll stand out if you have An existing network of property managers, owners, or HOA contacts in the LA / SGV area Experience selling renovation, construction, or facilities maintenance services Familiarity with scoping maintenance or renovation work What we’re offering $70,000 – $90,000 base salary depending on experience High-performance commission tied to gross margin and account growth Full benefits: health, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, and 401(k) Paid time off A company with strong field operations behind you — you sell it, we deliver it Experience required B2B sales: 2+ years (required) Construction, renovation, or property services: preferred Bilingual English / Spanish or English / Mandarin: strongly preferred The ceiling on this role is yours to set. #J-18808-Ljbffr Stoneridge Management Partners, Inc.
