Description What You'll Do

• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for accurate testing when required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, engaging in the training of new hires or students while maintaining the highest lab quality standards.
• Affirm a clean, safe work environment, consistently observing regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• A certification from ASCP or AMT Board in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
