The Role As our Dental Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the practice. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations to ensure a seamless patient experience. Lead, mentor, and support our "Great Team" to maintain a positive work environment. Implement strategies to drive practice growth and hit performance milestones. Manage scheduling, billing, and patient communications with precision. What You Bring to the Table Experience: 3+ years of experience specifically managing a dental practice (Required). Software Skills: Proficiency in Denticon is a major plus! Leadership Style: A growth-oriented mindset and a passion for team development. Education/Expertise: A deep understanding of dental coding, insurance verification, and practice KPIs.
